Do you only implement these platforms, or do you build on top of them too?

Both. We implement, rescue, and optimize the platforms you already run, and we build custom AI agents and automation on top of them. The platform is the foundation; the leverage comes from wiring it into how your team actually works and adding the automation an off-the-shelf tool will not give you.

Are you locked into recommending specific vendors?

No. We are vendor-agnostic. We are an official partner for a few platforms where it helps clients, but we are not a reseller and we do not earn our keep pushing licenses. If the tool you are on is the wrong fit, we will tell you, and if it is the right fit we will make it earn its cost.

We already pay for one of these tools and barely use it. Can you fix that?

That is the most common reason teams call us. Most firms use a fraction of what they pay for because the platform was set up for storage, not for the way they sell or deliver. We audit what is broken, rebuild the architecture around your real process, and get the team actually using it.

What size company do you work with?

We focus on mid-market firms, generally between 10M and 200M in revenue, often in professional services, software, manufacturing, and financial services. That is the range where the stack is complex enough to matter but lean enough that a few well-built systems move the whole business.

What if our platform is not on this list?

Reach out anyway. The list covers the platforms we work in most often, but the underlying skill is implementation and automation, not any single tool. If your system has an API and a real business process behind it, we can usually help, and we will be honest if we are not the right team for it.
