Revenue Institute exists because we got tired of watching professional services and contract manufacturing firms get sold vaporware by consultants who had never actually shipped anything. And we watched the other response - just posting another job req - quietly become the most expensive option on the table.

We built our first automated systems as operators - inside businesses we owned and ran. We saw what worked, what didn't, and why most tech projects fail: they're built by technologists who don't understand business operations.

After our founder's exit, we started Revenue Institute to do what nobody else was doing: bring battle-tested workflow systems to the firms that needed them most but got served last by the tech industry.

Today, we focus on professional services and contract manufacturing firms of 50 to 500 people ($10M to $200M in revenue), where our systems have the deepest, most measurable impact - so the business grows on systems that compound, not headcount that scales with every new demand.

Across his career prior to founding Revenue Institute, Stephen built and sold a business operations company, personally deployed revenue systems across 30+ businesses, and trained over 500 sales and operations professionals on modern GTM methodology.

He's known for one thing: building systems that actually work in the real world - not frameworks that look good in a slide deck.
