Context & Challenge

Production Theory is a design and fabrication studio for experiential marketing based in Las Vegas - trade-show exhibits, brand activations, and in-house fabrication for agencies and brands. Custom fabrication means every deal is a custom quote, every quote needs a signed agreement, and every project's status lives in someone's head unless it is pushed into the CRM by hand.

The Challenge

In custom fabrication there is no price list - every deal is configured, priced, and quoted from scratch, then pushed through an agreement, a signature, and a CRM record before the shop can start cutting. Done by hand, that chain is slow where speed wins deals, error-prone where errors are expensive, and perpetually stale where leadership needs truth. The team's default alternative was hiring project-management and sales-admin headcount to push paper between systems.
