Context & Challenge

LawTrades has built a legal recruitment platform used by neighborhood law firms and Fortune 500 organizations alike. Its internal growth engine, though, was badly disjointed. The company ran on systems that didn't integrate with each other, which dragged down marketing campaign performance. However much talent the team had, too much of it went to manual data entry and reporting. LawTrades wanted to automate those processes so the team could spend its time on customers instead of spreadsheets.

The Challenge

The LawTech company was using a variety of systems to accomplish each task. They had a webinar system that didn’t talk to their marketing platform, a CRM that had no connection to their software database, invoicing that was done manually through human-managed work logs, as well as a WordPress website that had no meaningful analytics on it. Every platform was decentralized from the rest. Due to this, LawTrades decided to migrate CRMs while also trying to fix their manual data entry and disjointed internal processes.

Our Solution

The first step was to move the company onto HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs, which would serve as the single source of truth for its operations. To make that data reliable, a custom integration with the LawTrades software application was required - connecting a series of databases and a data warehouse in a two-way, real-time sync between the LawTrades platform and HubSpot. Next, the team connected the remaining disjointed tools: the website, the webinar system, and the billing platform. Together this let the company get more value from each client, lift conversion on new-client acquisition, and raise productivity because there was no longer data entry to do.

The Results

#### One Source of Truth LawTrades finally had a single source of truth its teams could operate from - webinar, marketing, CRM, billing, and the product database reconciled in real time instead of living in separate silos.

#### No More Data Entry Manual data entry was eliminated by real-time, two-way integration between the growth platforms. The team stopped retyping the same records across disconnected tools.

#### Higher Profit Per Client With clean, connected data, the company could concentrate on getting more value from each existing client instead of maintaining the plumbing between systems.

#### What this means for an operator This is a qualitative story, not a metrics one - LawTrades did not put a number on the hours saved, and we will not invent one. The pattern is the takeaway: when a growth engine is spread across tools that do not talk to each other, your people become the integration layer. Consolidating to a single source of truth is what takes that manual tax off the team, at any size firm.

Key Results Achieved

  • Single source of truth across every growth system

  • No more manual data entry

  • Higher profit per client
