LawTrades has built a cutting-edge legal recruitment platform used by neighborhood law firms and Fortune 500 organizations alike. However, the internal growth engine was extremely disjointed. The company was leveraging systems that didn’t integrate with each other properly, which led to poor marketing campaign performance. As much talent as the team had, too much time was spent on data entry, reporting, etc. LawTrades had the goal of automating processes so they could focus on genuinely delighting customers.

The Challenge

The LawTech company was using a variety of systems to accomplish each task. They had a webinar system that didn’t talk to their marketing platform, a CRM that had no connection to their software database, invoicing that was done manually through human-managed work logs, as well as a WordPress website that had no meaningful analytics on it. Every platform was decentralized from the rest. Due to this, LawTrades decided to migrate CRMs while also trying to fix their manual data entry and disjointed internal processes.

Our Solution

The first step was to implement the company to HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs. These would serve as the "source of truth" for their entire company's operations. But, to make the data reliable, a custom integration with the LawTrades custom software application was required. This included connecting to a series of databases and data warehouse. These systems would be a 2-way sync between the LawTrades platform and HubSpot in real-time. Next, the team tackled the challenge of disjointed tools, such as their website, webinar system, and billing platform. This would enable the company to maximize the value of each client, increase conversion rates for acquiring new clients, and dramatically increasing human productivity since there was no data entry to do.
